This is Suntory’s highly acclaimed Japanese single malt from Yamazaki, which is the oldest whisky distillery in Japan. Introduced in 1992, the majority of the whisky is aged in sherry butts, while the rest is matured in American and Mizunara oak casks. However, the skilled artisans at Suntory have honed their techniques over the years, enabling them to identify suitable trees and create these remarkable casks.
