Yes, at BarrelCraftWhiskey, we make every effort to ensure that the product you receive matches the image displayed on our website. However, due to occasional updates in packaging or labeling by manufacturers, there may be slight variations. Rest assured, the quality and contents of the whiskey will remain exactly as described, and we are committed to delivering the premium experience you expect.
You can view your sales receipt by logging into your BarrelCraftWhiskey account. Once logged in, navigate to the "Order History" or "My Orders" section, where you’ll find a detailed record of your purchases. From there, you can view, download, or print your sales receipt for your records. If you checked out as a guest, your receipt will be emailed to the address you provided during checkout.
At BarrelCraftWhiskey, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns are accepted for unopened and undamaged products in their original packaging. Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide detailed instructions and a return shipping label if applicable. Please note that certain items, such as limited editions or personalized products, may not be eligible for return. For more details, refer to our Return Policy on the website.
At BarrelCraftWhiskey, we strive to keep our most popular products available, but restocking depends on availability from our distillery partners. Limited-edition or rare bottles may not be restocked once sold out. However, for regularly stocked items, we do our best to replenish inventory as quickly as possible.

We currently ship to select states within the United States, depending on local alcohol shipping laws. Unfortunately, due to regulations, we cannot ship to every state. During checkout, you’ll be able to see if shipping is available to your address.
